10 ampoules x 2.5 ml.
2 ampoules / session.
Information and instructions for use.
Clean the area to be treated using a cleaning product (micellar water, cleansing milk ...) and it later can be supplemented with a tonic.
If micropuncture is applied in any area, it can be disinfected with alcohol or chlorhexidine.
It´s recommended to reduce the thickness of the CS (stratum corneum) as far as possible to facilitate the introduction of active ingredients by electroporation.
We can do it by applying a mild AHA peel or an enzymatic peel.
In medical centers you can combine it with the application of microneedling at 0.25 in localized areas.
In case its not possible to do this step, product may be introduced but it will require a longer application time to achieve their complete introduction.
Shake the ampoule until its homogenization is complete. Once it has been homogenized, make sure that no product remains on top of the ampoule. You can remove it with small strokes with your finger on the top.
Place the dropper in the ampoule up to the neck and use it to break the top. It should break with a clean sound. Discard the top of the ampoule.
Push the dropper into the ampoule with force until it is fitted.
Turn the ampoule upside down and shake so that the product goes down into the dropper. You can apply a light pressure with your fingers on the dropper to suck up the content of ampoule and facilitate the transfer of the product.
Connect the electroporation device and select the treatment to be performed and setting the time or parameters that you want to use at beginning. In the case of working with Mesolux device, we recommend always using phototherapy in active mode since it acts in synergy, enhancing the result of the treatment.
We recommend planning the area where we want to introduce the product in order to measure the amount to be introduced in each part proportionally. The result will depend on the amount of product introduced in that area, so try to introduce more product in the areas where you want a better result.
The drop application is advisable for its introduction. In this way, remove the cap and apply 2-3 drops of the product on area to be treated, introduce it immediately with the electroporation device by means of small movements on the area, adding more successively until the desired amount of product is introduced.
As we have seen previously, we will introduce the product by electroporation through small movements over the same area until we introduce the desired amount.
After introducing the product in the areas where we want a better result, it may be interesting to keep treating the rest of the area not treated in a general way. For this purpose, you can leave a part of the product (25-50%) and apply it directly or if you find that it is introduced too easily and does not allow you to cover the entire area, you can mix it with Mesogel with PDC (dynamic particle control) to have greater volume and to be able to extend the area and / or treatment time.
If you wish, you can remove the excipient that may remain on the skin. You can apply a tonic.
In this step you can finish the treatment in different ways, with the application of a cream, a mask, a facial veil, etc., to give the skin the final ending. Keep in mind that Mesoactives is an ultra-concentrated product that once introduced will not give any type of surface on the skin, so it is advisable to finish the treatment with a product adapted to the client's needs.
You can complement the treatment with products for home use.
The application of techniques such as radiofrequency or laser for 24 hours from the introduction of Mesoactives is totally discouraged, as it could damage the active ingredients and reduce the results.
Depending on the patient, the result will be visible approximately the first session, but the final result can be seen after the course of the sessions.
We recommend taking photos to document the treatment progress to compare pre-post session and between sessions.
3D Sculptor is formulated to achieve advanced body shaping with a significant reduction in body volume. It uses a combination of lipolytic actives to achieve a reduction of accumulated fat, draining and anti-oedematous actives to reduce cellulite and define the tissue, as well as dermal repair actives and antioxidants.
It can be used for a reduction of fat tissue, improve the appearance of cellulite, muscle definition and reduction of stretch marks.
The world's first line product specifically formulated for introduction by transdermal electroporation.
The introduction by electroporation achieves that the active ingredients penetrate the entire treated tissue, allowing the safe use of concentrations much higher than those used in topical or injectable products.
The specific formulation of electroporation allows the active ingredients to move freedly, allowing their introduction until reaching the target cells, achieving maximum efficiency in the different treatments.
Main active ingredients
Aminophylline stimulates the activity of the beta 2 adrenergic receptor (ADRB2), causing a localized lipolytic effect and favoring the elimination of excess retained water, thus achieving a rapid reduction in muscle volume and definition.
Aminophylline allows the beta receptors on cell membranes to activate the elimination of fat more efficiently. To remove fat, beta receptors create cAMP, which enables lipolysis. Without aminophylline, beta receptors cannot generate lipolysis due to phosphodiesterase, since it paralyzes cAMP and stops fat burning. Aminophylline inhibits phosphodiesterase, preventing it from interfering with cAMP and therefore in the production of lipolysis.
Caffeine is an alkaloid that is mainly extracted from coffee beans and leaves. It has a great capacity to cross the skin barrier and a high biological activity as an antioxidant and as an anti-cellulite-reducer of body fat.
As an antioxidant it fights free radicals generated by external aggressions while as a reducer-anti-cellulite it prevents the accumulation of excessive fat in the cell by inhibiting the activity of phosphodiesterase, stimulating the degradation of fats during the lipolysis process. Caffeine inhibits the activity of 5-a-reductase, which in turn helps increase the microcirculation of blood in the skin and also stimulates hair growth. It also has a protective action against UV radiation, reducing skin photoaging.
L-Carnitine favors the degradation of triglycerides in the mitochondria, cellular organelles in charge of carrying out this function, through a cellular transport effect of fatty acids to the mitochondrial matrix for their combustion. In this way, the metabolism and elimination of fats is increased, achieving an anti-cellulite and reducing effect.
On the other hand, L-Carnitine achieves a powerful antifibrotic activity on the skin, achieving remarkable results in the treatment of stretch marks and superficial scars.
Forskolin increases cellular levels of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP). High levels of cAMP enhance lipolysis by using body fat. They also increase the basal metabolic rate and promote the development of muscle mass.
On the other hand, Forskolin enhances the effect of other compounds, achieving a very significant fat reduction.
Fucus is a seaweed rich in polysaccharides and polyphenols (natural antioxidants) widely used for its richness in trace elements and minerals such as iodine, iron and calcium.
It has anti-cellulite and decongestant properties, nourishes the skin against dryness and fluid retention, promotes collagen retention, decreases the thickness of the skin, increases its elasticity and stimulates microcirculation.
English ivy is a medicinal plant native from Western Asia and Europe. It contains triterpenes saponins, hederagenin, phenolics such as flavonoids, coumarins, anthocyanins and phenolic acids; steroids, amino acids, volatile and fixed oils; and vitamins.
It has multiple properties such as antioxidant, skin moisturizer, relief of skin conditions, anti-inflammatory effect among others, but for what it is best known is for its effectiveness in combating cellulite thanks to its hederacoside C, B and alpha hederin saponin complex.
Ruscus extract has anti-inflammatory, calming, astringent, circulatory and vasoconstrictor properties due to its content of steroidal saponosides.
Facilitates venous circulation in extremities, treatment of varicose veins, heavy and inflamed legs, improves fluid retention (facilitates lymphatic drainage), reduces cellulite and facilitates the elimination of edema and bruising.
